1) Same Day and Midnight Delviery is only available in respect of order time and delivery location.
2) Order received for flowers and cakes before 4.00pm IST (Indian Standard Time) can be delivered in major cities, deliveries of perishable items for small / remote cities should be ordered 1 to 2 days in advance.
3) All Items are procured either locally or from nearby cities, hence Flower Bouquet / Cake Design, Shape, Color, Size, Container may vary from the items shown on the website.
4) Actual Product availibility can only be confirmed on the date of shipping.
5) We may substitute items/flowers/color/container in case of unavailibility.
6) If vase is choosen from addon products, the flowers will be delivered in vase only. Any other container will be removed from the item and replaced with the Vase .
7) We cannot guarantee any fixed time for delivery. All deliveries will be done between 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. Mid night delivery will be done between 23.00 HRs to 00.30 HRs .
8) Delivery time given on website are approximate timing, delay may happen in some circumstances.
9) Midnight deliveries in outer areas will be done between 9.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
10) Fix Time Deliveries are available in some areas with 2 hour approx delivery span. Kindly order atleast 24 hours in advance for fix time delivery.
11) We may ask for extra delivery charges if delivery area is outskirt area of town .
12) Name of cities given on this website are mean to be town only. Name of cities should not be treated as district / taluka or state name.
13) If receiver is not available at address given by you, we will try to deliver your order at neighbour or we may leave items at door step with note.
14) If receiver is not available and we are unable to locate the address, then customer need to collect the ordered items from our nearest office from delivery locations.
15) It is our mandatory process to call receiver for Mid Night Orders Delivery, No surprise possible in Mid Night Delivery.

1) Substitute of flowers type, color, container, vase , shape, size, cake flavour may be done, in case of unavailibity.
Substitutions is done commonly for color of items or flavour of cakes, In any case, we always deliver fresh and quality product.
2) Substitution will be done as below :

• i) Basket, vase ,container will be substituted with similar item of equal value.
  ii) Flowers type will be substituted with another type of flowers.
  iii) Soft Toys , Chocolates, Cake Shape, Color, Flavour will be substituted with similar item .

3) Please note photos/images given on website are for idea only, Items may not look as same as photos on delivery.

1) 100% Refund will be provided, if order is cancelled before 24 hours of delivery date.
2) For major cities we provide free replacement, only if product is not as per quality standard.
3) All complains should be logged within 12 hours of delivery.
4) We will verify geninity of complains, In genuine complains we will provide free replacement within 24 hours or asap.
5) Complains for delivery timing will not be accepted and refund for the same will not be provided.
6) You can make complain by phone at our customer care number, also it is mandatory to send email stating complain in details. Customer care timing will be 10.00 am to 8.00pm IST ( Mon-Sat) and closed on major holidays. Please send your complain along with pictures of defective items/products to our email address.
7) Refund will not be provided, If the address is wrong or contact number of the recipient is not reachable or wrong, recipient premises locked/closed, recipient is not ready to accept delivery, recipient unavailable on address, in such cases refund will not be provided.
8) Refund will not be provided if order cancelled on the date of delivery.
9) Cancellation or refund is not possible for custom orders, like cakes or hampers.
10) For any reason if Mid Night Delivery or Fix Time Delivery is not done by us, we will provide refund for extra charges collected by you.
11) It may take anywhere between 7 to 60 working days for Refund to credit in your account, depends on the source of the payment made by you .
